咖喱豬皮魚蛋蘿蔔魷魚食譜
四人份量 Serve4
白蘿蔔 1pcs White Turnip
豬皮 1pcs Soaked Fried Pigskin
水魷魚 1pcs Soaked Squids
魚蛋 6pcs Fish Ball

咖喱粉 5tsp Curry Powder
蒜頭 4cloves Garlic
薑 2pcs Ginger
乾蔥 4pcs Shallots
蠔油 4tsp Oyster Sauce
老抽 1/2tsp Dark Soy Sauce
鹽 1tsp Salt
糖 2tsp Sugar
粟粉 5tsp Corn Starch
水 500ml Water

1.先把水魷魚和豬皮切細,待水煮沸,把水魷魚、豬皮和魚蛋放進水裡,煮熟後盛起備用
2.把白蘿蔔削皮切塊,以中火煮10分鐘,盛起
3.把乾蔥、薑和蒜頭切碎,混合
4.在平底鍋裡加入適量的油,把乾蔥、薑和蒜頭炒香,加入咖哩粉再炒,再加水、蠔油、老抽、鹽、糖和已煮熟的材料,以中火煮10分鐘,盛起
5.粟粉裡加入水,再把其倒進湯汁裡拌勻,最後淋在食物上
